Kolawole David
Head of Credit
Kolawole David joined Apa-Royal Microfinance Bank as one of its founding members in August 2017.
With over 15 years of experience in Enterprise risk management, Treasury operations, Marketing, and Credit functions, Kolawole brings to the Bank an incredible depth of knowledge and skill. He commenced his Banking career with UBA Bank Plc as an Operations Personnel in 2004. He later moved to First Bank of Nigeria Plc (Mortgages) in 2015 before joining Apa-Royal Microfinance Bank.
He currently sits on the Bank’s Management team as the Head of Credit.
Amaka Obi
Human Resource
Amaka has several hands-on Human resource experiences that cuts across different industries including Aviation, Tourism, and Banking. She is a keen Human capital Manager who enjoys the challenge of fostering human connections by deploying digital technologies & other strategies in resolving issues.
Amaka Obi graduated with a BSc. in culture and tourism from the Kwame Nkrumah University of science and technology, Kumasi Ghana, and holds an MSc. Human resource management from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom.
Iyabo Atere
Operations
With a bachelor’s degree in statistics, Iyabo Atere has over 7 years of experience in the Banking industry. She has since achieved various successes especially in managing the operations departments of Microfinance Banks across various functions. She is an operations expert with hands on experience in utilizing technologies in providing solutions to bank operational issues. Before joining Apa-Royal Microfinance Bank in 2019, Iyabo worked in various financial institutions including Guaranty Trust Bank and Cross-over Microfinance Bank
